Tara Patrick, MSN, APRN, PNP-C, IBCLC
Pediatric Nurse Practitoner
My focus as a pediatric nurse practitioner is looking at the whole child, considering the physical, mental, and social health issues that might affect a child’s growth and development. My role is to educate, counsel, be an advocate and friend to my patients and their parents. As a mother of two children, I understand how anxiety inducing it can be to be a parent. My goal is to be a resource to you as you raise your children to be healthy and happy.
Tara Patrick, our pediatric nurse practitioner, loves kids. She brings more than a decade of experience as a primary care pediatric provider to Blue Moose Pediatrics, working in office with beloved Missoula pediatrician, Dr. Ted Laine. The mythical Blue Moose is our symbol of strength, power, fun, and joy – all things we hope for our children as they grow.

Philosophy & Mission
Over here at Blue Moose Pediatrics, it is all about your child. Your child’s physical and mental well-being are the reasons we come to work every day. We’ve created a fun, relaxing clinic environment to put you and your child at ease as we provide the best pediatric care through the stages of development on the way to adulthood.
Helping Your Child Explore, Grow, & Learn
Your child needs to be in the best physical and mental health possible to thrive in today’s world. We take the complete development of your child into account at every visit. This “whole child” approach leads to better outcomes in play, growth and learning. If you notice any warning signs unusual in your child’s behavior, give us a call and let us check your child out. The sooner a problem is identified, the quicker it can be addressed.
